How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary by destination, but most U.S. orders arrive within 5–10 business days after processing.

Why is there a price and time difference between hand-painted and printed canvases?

With the industry wide canvas shortage delaying printing and painting services we have partnered with a US-based painter. The price point of hand-painted canvases allows us to deliver the designs you love in a more timely manner, while paying our painter a living wage. Hand-painted canvases will ship in 8 weeks, and printed canvases are expected to ship in late summer/early fall.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products and limited-edition inventory, all items are final sale. If you have a concern about your order, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to replace it or provide a suitable solution.
