Our events are designed to strengthen skill development, and foster meaningful connection. Through all that we offer we always aim to make needlepoint reflective of the world we live in. Our mission is foster an environment for all stitchers to experience a sense of belonging within needlepoint.

Our story
Where It All Began
House of Color was born from community. Through building Stitching in Color, we had a front row seat to what needlepoint lovers were craving and what was missing. What we heard was clear, people wanted more representation, more access, more education, and more connection within needlepoint. So we're building it.
House of Color is our answer: a brand rooted in inclusivity. We want our pieces to feel fresh and reflective of the people who love it.
Meet The Founders
Arielle is a creative entrepreneur with a deep passion for building experiences that feel both elevated and personal. With a background in beauty and client care, she brings a strong sense of detail and connection into what she creates.
Arielle is the visionary behind the community-first approach, ensuring that every touchpoint, from products to events, feels welcoming, and impactful.
Zahabiyah brings the strategic, thoughtful lens to House of Color, with a passion for building systems that support growth and sustainability. She has a natural ability to take big ideas and turn them into structured, scalable experiences.
Zahabiyah is deeply committed to creating opportunities within the needlepoint space, especially for underrepresented voices.
